I had a sensational holiday experience at this hotel, especially for families. The room was spacious and modern, and we loved the included Happy Club for kids, which allowed us some free time to enjoy the facilities. However, the service in the dining areas left a lot to be desired, as we encountered very long wait times and one meal was quite disappointing in quality. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for families despite a few service hiccups.

Overall, our stay at Swiss Holiday Park was pleasant with beautiful surroundings and great facilities, especially for families. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we've had in Switzerland.
